  • Redesigned custom recharge recommendations using historical amount preferences and paid-user segmentation. Personalized coverage rose from 17% to 72.8%; recharge orders increased 1.8% and total-site recharge GMV increased 0.5%.
  • Designed a two-stage wallet balance-recovery strategy and wallet retirement workflow. Recovered more than ¥150M in dormant balances and closed 400+ wallets.
  • Led WalletBuddy, a RAG-powered consultation workspace combining domain knowledge, query tools and troubleshooting SOPs for self-service payment operations.

  • Rebuilt order-history search around fuzzy names, semantic intent and underlying-asset association. Search success increased 27%, lookup time fell from 12s to 7s, daily PV rose 16.7% and related complaints reached zero.
  • Designed Hong Kong stock-options paper trading from 0→1, including simulated matching for live and delayed market data. Weekly simulated trades exceeded 100 and 34% of simulation users converted to live trading.
